We design each experience to suit the unique needs of our clients.  We believe that mindful movement and breath are important. The ability to combine breath in movement will yield tremendous benefits.

Our Pilates and GYROTONIC® method is able to suit every body and every age.

About Pilates

Pilates transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. With regular practice, it builds strength without excess bulk, creating a toned and strong body. Unlike a recent fitness craze, Pilates has been developed by Joseph Pilates and practiced since the 1920’s. Pilates can be performed on the mat and numerous Pilates equipments.

For those who have made Pilates a way of life, many will have experienced its benefits such as increased body awareness, good posture, graceful movement, strong core, improved flexibility and an evenly conditioned body. 



A different method from Pilates, GYROTONIC® was developed by Juliu Horvath, an ethnic Hungarian, and professional dancer from Romania. Initially started off as “Yoga for Dancers”, Juliu continued to refine and develop the method to what it is today. GYROTONIC® exercises are performed on custom-designed GYROTONIC® equipment. GYROTONIC® exercise sequences is composed of spiraling, circular movements, which flow together seamlessly in rhythmic repetitions with corresponding breathing patterns.

GYROTONIC® classes are designed to take the body beyond its current limitations. People come out of a GYROTONIC® class with increased freedom of movement, greater strength, and more agility.
